Hypertrophy phase is going great

Hi Everyone! I finished that grueling strength phase. Glad it's over for a while. I'm on the hypertrophy phase now...more sets and reps, but not as heavy. These workouts are really hard though, especially quads! Today I did leg press with 720# for 12 reps, 3 sets, supersetted with leg extension, 12 reps, 60#. That is a real burn! Then right into vertical leg press with 540# for 15 reps, 3 sets. Then leg extension with 1 leg, safety squat, sartarius and kickbacks exercises, and dumbell lunges with 60# total for 25 reps. WOW, I'm tired! I'm feeling great though. Hope you all had a great Thanksgiving, and that you're looking forward to Christmas. I finally put my tree up yesterday, and need to do a little more decorating on the house to get in the mood. I still need to put the lights up outside. That is always a huge job!
